Today we started out in Gion a district of Kyoto that is known for it痴 tea houses and Geisha. It`s not expected that you will see real Geisha around in the streets so we went for a parade that is part of the Gion festival, we missed the main day of this which was 17th July but other parts of the festival go on throughout the month.
